Igor Yuzov was born in Germany, raised in Ukraine and studied in Russia. He grew up in the former Soviet Union, where folk music was the norm and rock'n'roll was illegal. A rebellious streak, however, led him to seek out the forbidden music. As soon as it became possible, Igor left Russia for America with his "Folk'n'Roll" band Limpopo and was personally greeted by Ronald Reagan. In 1993, Limpopo won Ed McMahon's Star Search and their popularity began to blossom. In 1995, Igor dreamed that Elvis Presley came to him and told him to start playing rock'n'roll. Igor and his Russian friends became Red Elvises and gave street performances on Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade. As their crowds grew larger, the City of Santa Monica ordered them to discontinue their street performances. Evolving over the years, Igor's music has been labeled "Siberian Surf Rock" which contains humorous lyrics and grooves that forces his audience to dance. Over the past 20 years, Red Elvises have constantly toured all over the world with occasional breaks to record new music and to participate in film and television projects.

As an independent band, Red Elvises have produced 12 studio albums, two live albums, a live concert DVD, and a Greatest Hits compilation. Some of their most notable film contributions include music and or performances in "Six String Samurai", "Mail Order Bride", "Armageddon", "Skippy", "Melrose Place", "Fastlane", "Penn and Teller's Sin City Extravaganza", "VH-1 Behind the Music", and "MTV". Red Elvises have performed for large festivals, private parties, and played on massive stages such as 2005's Live 8 Benefit Concert. No matter where they perform, Igor & Red Elvises always bring the party with them.

You'd be hard pressed to find someone that's into rock and roll and not into a Drunk Mums record. It's well written, raw and most importantly free of pretension. In essence what they do is straight up Aussie rock and roll reminiscent of The Saints with a contemporary garage slant and an enthusiasm to match in the live setting. They do what they do and they don't seem to care what anyone else thinks.

Aterciopelados is a current and contradictory band. After many cosmic moments, in 2018 the stars are aligned so that their trajectory has a Big Bang, a hinge event, a reconnection, a step to a higher plane, it's time for you to forget our past and listen to us; let yourself be surprised by something new, vital, calm and enraged, constructive and conscious and at the same time irreverent crisis.
All this has been cooking something like 28 years, with love stories of Corin Tellado's novel, rockstar dizziness, artivismos & other adventures and the construction of two complete artists, alone or accompanied: Connector and Ruisema, Hector and Andrea. Two characters diametrically united by their differences, '' high voltage dynamic duo - although our luggage is different - we will not stop creating ''.
Forget the Grammys, the New York Times lists, the MTV awards, the city of fury ... and feel the impact of our new songs, fresh and decanted, aged and fermented. Two characters, man and woman, with their stories, their struggles, their visions, their lights and their shadows.

Aterciopelados released his most recent album `Claroscura' in 2018, which won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album and was nominated in the Best Latin Rock / Alternative & Urban Album category at the 2019 Grammy Awards.
They continue with their Claroscura 2019 Tour.

Sponge has proven to be one of the Motor City's heaviest hitters after gaining international notoriety with their debut album "Rotting Piñata" (Sony). Emerging from Detroit with hits like "Plowed" and "Molly (16 Candles)" Sponge received massive airplay on radio stations from coast to coast and were in heavy rotation on MTV. Both "Plowed" and "Molly" hit #5 on Billboard's Modern Rock Charts, catapulting "Rotting Piñata" to Gold, and ultimately Platinum status.

Sponge's follow up CD, the critically lauded "Wax Ecstatic" (Columbia) scored additional top ten Billboard hits including "Wax Ecstatic" and "Have You Seen Mary?" The band's music was also featured in popular movies "The Craft," "Chasing Amy," "Mall Rats" and "Empire Records." Sponge's star continued to rise with network appearances on "The Late Show with David Letterman" and the "Conan O'Brien Show."

Sponge's subsequent releases "New Pop Sunday," "For All The Drugs in The World," "The Man," "Galore Galore," and "Destroy the Boy," showcased the band's swirling sonic attack, rooted in 70's glam and of course, the Motor City influences of The Stooges, The MC5 and Motown-but still sounding distinctly like no one else.

"Plowed" continues to be the band's signature rock track, having been spotlighted on Guitar Hero's "Warriors of Rock - 90's Rock Track Pack" - and on the Paper Jamz Guitar Series 2, in addition to the soundtrack for the Gerard Butler surf movie "Chasing Mavericks."
