Myrrh Larsen's second production in a series of immersive multimedia rock and performance shows invoking archetypical stories with an emotional twist, Grey Gold: A New Myth of Persephone and Hades uses the framework of this classic Greek myth in which the god of the underworld falls in love with the young goddess of life and nature to explore themes of self-actualization, control, and the difference between love and ownership through music, movement, and audience immersion.

Offering audiences an immersive multimedia story framed by the more familiar trappings of a rock concert, Grey Gold: A New Myth of Persephone and Hades expands the definition of what can be experienced in a club setting. The fully immersive nature of this unique performance encourages audience members to interact with the story rather than just passively observing, affecting how we perceive the relationships in our own lives.

Movement ensemble: Rega Lupo and Caitlynn Didlick Band: Myrrh Larsen, Bryan Daste, Ben Hampton, Anthony Wagner, Kenny Richey

Few musicians can claim "on-the roadisms" the way Chris Chandler can. He is a true veteran of the road, traveling across The United States of Generica for many years. His anthology of road tales transforms into a flock of doves beneath the musical high-wire act.

He has worked with everyone from Allen Ginsberg to Ani DiFranco and Pete Seeger to Mojo Nixon. Utah Phillips says, "Chris Chandler is the best performance poet I have ever seen."

Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia the son of a Baptist minister, Chris has been on or around the stage his whole life. As a teen-ager he was in the bars and on the road working as a roadie for bands like the Georgia Satellites. He graduated from the North Carolina School of the Performing Arts in 1988. That summer - which was supposed to be a "summer away from college" he hit the road as a street performer to fund his way to audition as a lighting designer in Theaters across America. He actually landed a job on Broadway no-less but turned it down to become a performer in his own right. He has been on the road ever since.

For the first few years he was living in his car and stopping in every town from Bangor to San Ysidro where he opened his guitar case and waxed the manifesto electric sporting a sign that read "Stranded Musician Needs Gas Out of Town." Eventually he hooked up with a group of performers busking in Harvard Square where he joined a commune of other traveling street musicians. These nomadic experiences naturally fed him into the world of activism. Since then he has performed at thousands of festivals, colleges, and bar rooms across the US and Canada.

Fernando Viciconte-the 2016 Oregon Music Hall of Famer with twenty years of local and national acclaim under his belt-crawls from the wreckage of the recent past unbowed, bruised but unbroken. He has survived major surgery for a throat condition and thus what could have been existential silence for 'that voice'. It's a voice that caused countless rags like Billboard, Magnet, Paste, The Oregonian, No Depression (and on and on) plus fellow musicians like Peter Buck from REM, Don Dixon, and Steve Wynn to rave wildly about the feeling it evokes when he's singing his songs of dark despair and faint hope. These rock n roll laments, in both Spanish and English have captured the imaginations of his hometown for seven records, countless compilations, and memorable shows. Now Fernando-and 'that voice' -has emerged stronger than ever with a full-length LP entitled "Leave the Radio On", produced with Luther Russell (Fever the Ghost, Richmond Fontaine) & Mike Coykendall (M.Ward, She and Him) and led off by his first 45 release ever, "The Dogs b/w "Donna (The Pride Of Topeka)' as well as several major upcoming tours. The new album features a virtual who's who of Portland's finest musicians, including Peter Buck and Scott McCaughey of REM and members of M.Ward, Elliott Smith, Richmond Fontaine and The Delines. This is a new chapter in Viciconte's ever-evolving musical trajectory, a career marked by creative integrity and an almost painful honesty which attracts fans from high and low that still believe in the redemptive power of rock and roll. And 'that voice'.

The Creston Line is a band from Atascadero, CA formed by singer/songwriter Jon Bartel in 2015. The band released a debut EP, "Great Depression" on Twang N Bang Records in August of 2016. A follow-up full-length album, "Vagabonds," was released on October 6, 2017. The Creston Line can best be described as "Twang Pollution Music," a genre-descriptor derived from an insult hurled at them by a disgruntled audience member.
